Ascension 5th - 8th grades
Ascension is the weekly teaching environment for 6th - 8th grade students that meets during the 10:30 a.m. worship service. Each week students experience a combination of worship, games, a challenging talk, and most imortantly, interaction with others their age. Students are taught to recognize the face of Jesus, so that when He "knocks" on the door, a student can peer through the peep-hole and recognize the face on the other side.
The name Ascension means to climb up, or to rise up, which is exactly what students of this age are doing at this stage in life... and our goal is to help make it a smooth transition. If you have any questions please contact Micki @
