God’s Little Kingdom Nursery Ministry
The God’s Little Kingdom Nursery provides a friendly, warm and safe place for infants and toddlers to play and learn while parents attend the worship service. The nursery is divided into two groups; the infant room for babies up to one year old and the toddler room for the one and two year olds.
Both nurseries are opened at 10:20 am and health and security guidelines are followed to keep everyone comfortable and safe including a sign-in/sign-out procedure and a pager system in case a parent is needed during the service.
An invaluable ministry for those parents with young children, this ministry is great for those who have a special place in their heart for babies and toddlers and don’t mind missing a worship service. The God’s Little Kingdom Nursery team is made up of Greeters who help sign in and out the children, Teachers who are responsible for following the schedule for each group, and Assistants who lend a “extra pair of hands”. Each team typically works once a month and helps set up the nursery a little before it opens and stays a little after to help clean up.
